Resistance Bands

The Resistance Bands Set help you develop your muscle tone and increase your strength while improving your balance and coordination.

There are 3 level of strength:

• Light Grey: Low (7-11kg / 15-25lbs);
• Dark Grey: Medium (11-16kg / 25-35lbs);
• Black: Large(16-23kg / 35-50lbs).

Resistance Bands Care:

• Clean bands by wiping with a damp cloth.
• Do not use soap or any cleaning products to clean bands as these can deteriorate the strength of the band.
