MY MOTIVATION
My motivation every day is to improve physically, to know my body more, to understand it, to listen to it, to improve my communication with it and to gradually do what I set out to do… if you take care of your body and train it, it is surprising what you can do with it … the phrase ‘you set your own limits’ is completely true.
Advice for newbies
Consistency and discipline. This is achieved by having a motivation towards something you love… it is good to find motivation for some activity you do, regardless of the remuneration you have… if you find it, I think that your life improves in all levels… emotional and physical.
