MY MOTIVATION

my motivation to train is the feeling you get the moment you realize what your body has just done, such as pole tricks, which need both strength and flexibility to fight the laws of physics, the feeling of control that you can have with your body and mind is very empowering.

Advice for newbies

Be constant, remember the basics, stretch EVERY day, set goals and unlock levels.
