MY MOTIVATION
My motivation is to be better than yesterday’s me, in all aspects, both physically and mentally, I consider that the best motivation is to push yourself to the limit.
Advice for newbies
Never lose the desire to get a new trick, there is no limit in calisthenics, and nobody starts from the top, we all start from somewhere and the amazing thing is that there is no end.
