MY MOTIVATION
For me the daily training is the art. I adore to perform & I’m grateful I can earn my living with performance but the daily training is the place where I can experiment, push my boundaries, try new things & surprise myself. I’m forever curious about how I can make the movements more beautiful or graceful, how I can transition from one to another seamlessly. In my performances I only perform movements that I know I can execute perfectly to please an audience but during my training I spend a lot of time working on new movements that I could never present in a performance – but this for me, is the art. I will never be bored to learning new beautiful ways to fly.

Advice for newbies
Don’t worry about if you are ‘good’ or not. If you enjoy Aerial & have fun doing it just keep going & don’t take ‘being good’ so seriously. It takes some time, patience & a lot of repetition to become really good at it so you want to make sure that it stays fun for the long run. Don’t compare yourself to others, they don’t live in your body & have your experience. Just keep going.
